3. Description of Service

Catalyst is a marketplace connecting individual consumers with AI specialists for rapid development services. We provide a platform for purchasing credits and accessing specialist expertise for MVPs, data pipelines, and technical implementation. All services are provided on a non-subscription, pay-per-use basis.

4. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Our services are intended for individual consumers only. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Credit Purchases

Credits are purchased directly as one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits purchased include:

• No expiration period - credits remain valid indefinitely
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Can be used for any specialist services on the platform
• Subject to our Refund Policy for unused credits

6. EU Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the following rights:

6.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from credit purchases within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. You can use our contact form or email support@catalystai.expert.

If you have already used credits for services, the withdrawal right applies only to unused credits, and you will be refunded proportionally.

6.2 Digital Content

By requesting immediate access to specialist services before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for services already rendered.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or fraud
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Resell or transfer your account or credits to third parties
• Use services for any unlawful commercial purpose

8. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in EUR and USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

9. Data Protection and GDPR

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights include:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by EU law, our liability is limited as follows:

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by willful intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under applicable product liability laws.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you retain access to any services already paid for. Unused credits will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

As a consumer, you have the right to bring legal proceedings in either:

• The courts of the EU member state where you reside, or
• The courts of England and Wales
